More Kids Stuff

Children’s programs at JFUMC are designed to bring kids together in fun and faith, uniting quality fellowship with meaningful spiritual development.  All children’s programs are open to children in the community and we always welcome new friends to join us!

Come to JFUMC on the 2nd Wednesday of the month for a dinner you don’t have to cook and fun activities with your kids! Dinner begins at 5:45 in the Fellowship Hall. Children’s Activities will run from 6:30-7:30pm and will be one of the following:

Kids Craft: Creative projects for girls & boys that will be based around a specific scripture and tie into relatable topics such as friendship, family relationships, and self image.

Kids L.A.B. (Learning & Believing): Science-based lessons developed around a Bible story or principle. Fun for both boys and girls!

More Children’s Activities and Events are held throughout the year and are announced via the monthly church newsletter and the weekly worship bulletins.  Activities and events that have happened in prior years include Easter and Christmas Pageants, seasonal children’s choirs, a children’s musical performance, Easter egg hunts, participation in the Jefferson Christmas parade, serving in church wide mission projects, Vacation Bible school and much more!
